With a focused interest in human nature and behavior, Milena’s casting process goes beyond appearance; she studies personality, motivation, and emotional range to identify talent that truly serves the story.
Julia started as a casting assistant and has a degree in “Publishing”.
Her gradual experience, organization, enjoyment of interacting with talents, and good judgment of their qualities lead her logically to the casting director position.
Her wide smile and good spirits are constants in the fickle realm of casting. With them, she helps each talent showcase their very best.
And she manages to find time for her favorite sport and healthy eating, no matter how busy the casting director’s day is even if that means bringing a few lunch boxes of home-cooked meals to the office.
